They’re used to getting the best prices, but two of the borough’s property professionals scooped the best prizes at Haart’s annual awards ceremony.

Rasik Bhudia, assistant branch manager in East Ham, was crowned a top negotiator along with Stratford lettings area manager David Greenslade.

They were among 200 of the company’s employees whisked off to New York for the ceremony, where they also had time to explore the city. David said: “I was extremely honoured to receive this award and proud of all the team at Stratford Haart lettings whose hard work and professionalism made this possible.

“The whole trip was incredible and we saw all the magnificent sights and attractions that New York has to offer.

“It was a truly fantastic experience.”
