London Fields Lido in Hackney
A 50 metre Olympic size, heated outdoor swimming pool open all year round, London Fields Lido is a great place to enjoy a dip on a summer day.
It is located in Hackney and the nearest overground station, London Fields, is just a minute away by foot.
Julie, a reviewer, said the pool was in an ideal location, has friendly staff and plenty of space to swim.
London Royal Docks in Newham
With temperatures soaring, open-air swimming is growing in popularity.
The docks offer casual swimming for people who would like to try open water swimming for the first time, as well as competitive events for those more experienced.
"Love this place - really refreshing experience and very friendly staff," said one reviewer Alex.
Central Park Leisure Centre in Romford
The leisure centre, run by Everyone Active, sits on Gooshays Drive in Harold Hill.
It has two swimming pools for casual swimming and lessons and has recently implemented a cashless system to reduce queuing times.
A steam room, spa and sports hall also feature for people to relax and enjoy.

Poplar Baths Leisure Centre and Gym in Tower Hamlets
Poplar Baths, close to All Saints DLR, has a 25-metre swimming pool in a historic building.
It also has a smaller teaching pool for club members of all ages and abilities.
Jinny, a reviewer, said Poplar Baths had a great pool for baby and childrens swimming classes.
Mayfield Leisure Centre in Dagenham
Mayfield includes a 6-lane swimming pool and is known as a reliable family attraction.
The pool timetable is varied and has adult sessions, family sessions and swimming lessons, as well as women and children only sessions.
Martin, a reviewer, said the centre provided great customer service and a good community swimming facility.
