A man has been banned from driving after he was caught undertaking at 75mph on the A13.
Suhaib Zia, of Upton Park Road in Forest Gate, was behind the wheel of a BMW on the 50mph road in Newham on February 4 when he was caught by a speed gun.
The 21-year-old was also observed undertaking cars without indicating whilst speeding.
At Bromley Magistrates’ Court on October 17, Zia was found guilty of speeding, driving without reasonable consideration for other road users and driving without insurance.
He was fined £880, ordered to pay a £352 surcharge and £110 in costs.
Zia was also disqualified from driving for 56 days.
