Police have shared footage condemning a "reckless" driver who narrowly avoided hitting a pedestrian in Stratford.
The incident occurred along International Way on January 19 at around 10.15am.
Footage captured on a nearby camera captured the moment an unsuspecting pedestrian was crossing the road safely until a grey car came hurtling into view.

The car is seen veering across the road and coming dangerously close to the man, before mounting the pavement.

Stratford Policing Team called the driver "reckless" in a post on X, formerly Twitter.
They added: "As residents are concerned about road safety, we’re taking action to get dangerous drivers off our streets."
Police have confirmed the driver of the car was a male under 18 who cannot be named as a result.
He appeared in Stratford Magistrates' Court on February 5 where he was disqualified from driving.
