A road was shut off last night after a man was stabbed.
Police swarmed Queens Market in Upton Park to reports of a person being attacked yesterday (March 20) at 8.17pm.
At the scene, a man in his 40s was found with stab injuries.
He was rushed to hospital where his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
At this time there have been no arrests but enquires continue.
Hours after the incident, parts of Green Street was closed off with officers present near the junction with Kings Road, near to Upton Park station.
Footage online shows crowds of people gathering around a police car at the time of the incident.
