A cemetery in Manor Park has been taped off by police.
The City of London Cemetery & Crematorium in Aldersbrook Road has been pictured surrounded in crime scene tape today (April 8).
Police cars, a forensics van and officers have been seen working within a cordoned off area in the cemetery since earlier this morning.
It is unclear if the cemetery is at all accessible to the public at this time, as it has two entrances.

The main gate lies close to the junction of Aldersbrook Road and Forest Drive, and the south gate can be found at the junction of Aldersbrook Road and Rabbits Road.
The cemetery, owned by the City of London Corporation, is believed to stretch across 200 acres of land.
At this time, it has not been confirmed why police and forensics are at the scene but the Metropolitan Police have been contacted for comment.
