Nine new homes have been proposed to be added to a high street in Manor Park.
In a document submitted to Newham Council on May 21, Detail Design and Development have sought permission to build the new homes across 432-436 High Street North.
The plans detail hopes to renovate the existing buildings on the site whilst maintaining the commercial units to their ground floor.
If approved, three one-bed flats, one two-bed flats, and five three-bed flats would be built above the shop spaces, which in turn would be refurbished.
The proposal would see the rear garages to the existing buildings reimagined and the development of cycle parking.
