Firefighters are tackling a large fire at a construction site in Canning Town this morning - here is everything we know so far about the incident.
At 8.23am today (June 4), the London Fire Brigade control centre received a call reporting a fire in Silvertown Way.
Since then, more than 25 calls have been made alerting the emergency services to the incident.
Huge plumes of thick black smoke have been videoed coming from the construction site, with the cause of the fire currently unknown.
A video sent in to this paper by Yueran Hu shows the base of a crane surrounded in clouds of smoke.

The fire brigade has issued a warning to people in Canning Town to avoid the area while the bloaze is brought under control.
Around 70 firefighters are believed to be at the scene, having been dispatched from Plaistow, Poplar, East Ham and surrounding fire stations.
A 64m ladder has also been deployed to the scene.
