A man is in a major trauma centre after being stabbed in Manor Park.
The stabbing, reported on X by Newham Council, took place in High Street North at around 4am this morning (August 9).
A man was found at the scene with injuries.
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 4.28am today (9 August) to reports of a stabbing on High Street North, Manor Park.
“We sent an ambulance crew and an incident response officer to the scene. We also dispatched a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance, which consisted of a doctor and a paramedic in a car.
“Our crews treated a man at the scene and took to him a major trauma centre.”
His condition has not been reported as life-changing or threatening.

The council advised an active crime scene was in progress earlier today in the road from the junction with Romford Road to Salisbury Road.
Snowshill Road was also reported to have been affected.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted for a comment.
