Leyton Orient had to settle for a share of the spoils as Swindon hit back for a point at Brisbane Road.
Lawrence Vigouroux denied Devine on nine minutes before O's took the lead moments later as Kieran Sadlier floated in a corner and Omar Beckles sent a bullet header into the net.
Williams had an effort comfortably saved by Vigouroux, who then saw Hepburn-Murphy send an angled effort wide of the near post.
But O's remained in front at the break and saw Ed Turns flash a shot past the post early in the second half.
The hosts made a double change just past the hour as Theo Archibald and Sadlier made way for Paul Smyth and George Moncur.
But the visitors got back on terms on 64 minutes as Wakeling found the net.
Darren Pratley produced a superb covering tackle to deny a Swindon counter-attack with six minutes remaining, with O's going close as Moncur and Smyth combined at a corner as the ball flew just wide.
Idris El Mizouni fired straight at Brynn in stoppage time, with Smyth having penalty claims waved away before the final whistle.
Leyton Orient: Vigouroux, James (Pratley 71), Beckles, Turns, Sweeney, Clay, El Mizouni, Archibald (Smyth 59), Sotiriou (Thompson 76), Sadlier (Moncur 59), Kelman (Drinan 70).
